Aimee Colbert

Aimee Colbert is changing the way that Christians view mental and emotional wellness. She has been reaching thousands both near and far with her messages of goal setting, mental wellness, relationship building and purpose discovery.

Aimee's distinctive point of view is a direct result of past tragedies which has produced a present day triumph after growing up in poverty, being a victim of domestic violence and surviving Hurricane Katrina.

Between 2006-2013, Aimee had been speaking before churches, businesses, governmental organizations, Christian organizations, public schools and colleges throughout North Texas.

In 2008 she became an ordained minister while symontaneously becoming a certified faith-based drug/alcohol counselor in the state of Texas.

In that same year, Aimee began her professional writing career and has since been a guest blogger for several Christian online magazines. Aimee was even briefly a syndicated writer for Yahoo Voices in 2013. In 2012, she began to rapidly publish books in the Christian self-help genre which are available via Amazon, Barnes and Nobles and anywhere books are sold. Aimee is now the author of twelve self-published books and has ghost written one other as of July 2015.

Aimee is a noted conference speaker and guest lecturer. She has appeared on cable programs such as S.P.I.C.E.S., Manna Express, and The Bible Says. She has also been contacted by local news journalists from such outlets as the Dallas Weekly and View from the Pew to comment on social matters. In addition, Aimee has hosted several live call in Christian radio programs concerning social issues such as Heaven 97 KHVN of Dallas.

Aimee is currently a happily married mother of three. Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, Aimee currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas.

Noted for her quick wit and enlightening oratory, Aimee is a challenge to the opposition and an instructive persuasive counselor to allies.
